Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging (when applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Local Orders (Saskatoon & Area)
For local orders, we are happy to provide a refund within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. We may arrange a pickup or provide return instructions depending on the product and location.
Orders Shipped Across Canada
We proudly ship Canada-wide!
If you'd like to return an item shipped outside our local delivery area, refunds are also available within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Oops! Mistakes happen, and shipping companies occasionally have rough days too.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue. We'll work quickly to make things right.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized products, these items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by MJ Essentials Co.
